Emerald Bay offers a variety of floor plans, including studio lofts, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom garden apartments, two-bedroom townhomes, and three-bedroom apartment homes, giving residents a home that fits every stage of life. 

Step inside our studio loft, and you're welcomed by a cozy living room and kitchen on the main level. A staircase leads to an open loft-style bedroom overlooking the living space below, complete with a spacious walk-in closet and a private bathroom, creating the feel of a charming townhouse. 

Our one-bedroom apartments feature a warm, inviting living room that flows into a separate dining area and kitchen. Around the corner, the spacious bedroom offers a quiet retreat with plenty of closet space and room to relax. 

The two-bedroom garden apartments are thoughtfully designed with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the home, giving everyone their own sense of privacy. Between them is a shared bathroom with a private vanity for each bedroom and the tub in the center, making busy mornings easy while still providing personal space. 

Our two-bedroom townhomes offer the comfort of two-story living. Downstairs, you'll find the living room, dining area, and kitchen—perfect for gathering with family or friends. Upstairs, both bedrooms create a peaceful retreat away from the main living space. 

For those who need more room, our three-bedroom apartment homes provide spacious bedrooms, comfortable living areas, and plenty of room to make the space your own. Whether you're spending time together in the living room or enjoying a quiet evening in your bedroom, these homes are designed to feel welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. 

 Our initial lease term is 12 months. After the initial lease expires, we offer several renewal options to accommodate our residents' needs.  

To apply to live at Emerald Bay, applicants must be 18 years of age or older and complete the following steps: 

• Complete an online/paper application. 
• Pay a $50 application fee 
• Pay a $200 administrative fee 
• Provide proof of income showing a minimum monthly household income of three times the monthly rent. 
• Complete credit, background, and rental history screenings

Currently, Emerald Bay Apartments does not offer EV charging stations. There are EV stations just a mile down the road at EVgo fast charging station and Tapestry Tyvola.

Emerald Bay Apartments offers affordable apartment homes in a convenient Charlotte location. Residents enjoy a friendly management team, responsive maintenance, spacious floor plans, pet-friendly living, and easy access to shopping, dining, and major employers. Our goal is to provide a welcoming community where residents feel at home. 

Currently, Emerald Bay Apartments does not offer storage units, bike storage, garages, or other rentable amenities.
